I've seen worse on here without description. Usually from Russian dash cams of people without any safety gear being thrown from car windows etc. I just find it odd that this one sets you mods off. But like I said, whatever. I wouldn't want to offend delicate sensibilities.

I don't think I would think twice about it were it not for the statements from several on the front page (including Travis and others) that they don't want to see it. For me personally its just carbon and physics happening, but I tend to have high levels of emotional detachment. I can also understand the sensitivities to the nature of the impact as well. To be on the safe side, its best practice to lead with an image that definitively wont be provocative or sensitive and to give some warning (especially with gifs since they just start playing) of the type of thing you will be seeing if you choose to enter. This isn't meant to censure or anything, it mostly just represents heightened sensitivities to this particular incident, as well as similar incidents that may apply in the future
